Here's an overview of the Shipping and Return policies of my store.
Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. We ship orders evey Monday - if your order is placed ON a Monday, before 2pm CET/CEST, then it will be shipped as well. If your order is placed after this time, it will be shipped the following Monday. Expect an email within a week of at most of placing your order, to let you know your order is on the way (with a tracking code, if you've paid for tracked shipping)! I'm a one-man shop, so expedition may be slower than your average big corp, but I promise I'm working as hard as I can to get your products to you as fast as possible!
Please be aware that there's no physical store. However, if you'd like to pick up the package in person, and skip the shipping fee, check out which conventions and local events I'll be participating at. Even if I won't be in Artist Alley, as long as I'm at the venue, I would be more than happy to bring your package along with me to deliver to you. Just inform me of the convention name in your order notes, or in a seperate message after placing your order - if you name a convention that I will not be participating at, your order will risk being cancelled, and you'll be asked to re-place it, with another convention or a standard shipping option - if I'm able, I'll try to reach out to you first, before cancelling the order!
Physical pick-ups outside of events can also be arranged, but it would have to be near the train station in one of these following Danish cities:
- Aarhus
- Slagelse
- Copenhagen
- Næstved

We offer international shipping to any country that is either within the European Union, collaborating with the European Union or simply on good terms with the European Union. I'm not 100% informed about what countries fall outside of this category, but most countries should be in the clear for shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. 'Jaeppai' is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and will consider these your own responsibility, as the customer.
- REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at
[email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution. Our typical solution to dealing with products damaged upon arrival, is to offer an instantly shipped replacement or in some cases, a refund if necessary.
